Please note that orders placed by 9:00 a.m. on August 10th (Thursday) will be shipped the same day. (*Excluding reserved items) Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 10th will be shipped sequentially from Thursday, August 17th.

[Regarding inquiries]

Inquiries received after 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 10th will be responded to sequentially from Thursday, August 17th.

We will respond to inquiries in the order they are received, so it may take some time for us to respond.
