Currently, a problem with the point function has been reported on the TOKYO CRAFTS official website.

This is an issue that occurred on the mail order platform we are using, and we are currently investigating and repairing it.

If you are unable to use your points for the reasons listed above, we will provide you with another solution. Please feel free to contact us regarding this matter.

When contacting us, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the number of points you planned to use.

As of 12:00 on Thursday, August 3rd, the problem with normal point usage has been resolved. For some customers, errors continue to occur with their point balances, and we are currently working to restore them.
