Traditional all-round knives required careful handling to avoid hitting the table or cutting board with your hand while working at the edge of the blade, and often involved pulling ingredients with just the tip.
The Delta Talon improves on this design by not only providing a durable, sharp blade but also emphasizing ease of force application and grip comfort.
By raising the handle position, you can use the entire blade without interference from the table or work surface, significantly increasing work efficiency.
The grip can be adjusted depending on the task:
1. Hold the rear of the handle for slicing and general cutting.

- While this product can be used for batoning, extreme use such as hitting or twisting can cause damage or chipping the blade.
The handle uses Torx screws. Periodic inspection and tightening are recommended to prevent loosening during use.
Use a T9 Torx driver for inspections and tightening.
Always check that screws are secure before use.

Damage or chips from hard use, like batoning, are not covered by warranty.
