Once boiling, cover and simmer over very low heat for about 1 hour until the meat is tender.

How to close the lid of Marupot

④ When the meat becomes soft, remove the lid and evaporate the water until the sauce coats the meat.

When the meat is plump and tender, remove the lid and simmer the sauce while evaporating the water.

How the water in the pot is evaporated

*High flames are strictly prohibited. Be careful not to burn it

⑤Add more grain mustard if you like.

When the water content has reduced enough to cover the meat with the sauce, add grainy mustard as a finishing touch and it's done.

"point"

The key is to be careful and cook over low heat when the water in the sauce is evaporated, as it tends to burn. If cooking over an open fire, remove the sauce slightly from the heat and keep an eye on it as it simmers.
