“Salmon braised” recipe made with Marpot

・2 pieces of salmon
・1/6 cabbage
・1/2 onion
・1/2 lemon
・A little salt and pepper
・15g butter
・White wine 100cc
・2 pieces of consommé

《How to make》

① Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon, and coarsely chop the cabbage and onion.

Chop the onion and cabbage into slightly coarse pieces. Aim for around 5mm to 1cm.

② Melt the butter in a tagine pot and fry the cabbage and onions until soft.

Once the butter has melted, stir-fry the shredded cabbage and onions in Step 1.

You can also cover it for a few minutes to let it wilt. The pot is hot, so use heat-resistant gloves or potholders when heating.

③ Spread the vegetables all over and add white wine and consommé.

Once the vegetables are completely soft, add the white wine and consommé, then add the salmon to the center.

④ Cover with a lid and steam for 6 minutes over low heat.

Add the seasonings, cover, and steam for about 6 minutes over low heat.
