Nightrover 2P Groundsheet
A groundsheet sized to cover the inner tent and extend into the vestibule, creating a usable gear area. It fastens with buckles and can remain attached during tent setup and teardown. The sheet reduces mud splash and soil intrusion in wet weather, keeping the tent interior cleaner and more comfortable. Remove the inner tent and pair the sheet with the fly to create a roomy shelter—flexible for many camping setups.
Comfort and Portability in One
There’s a trade-off between large family tents that are easy to use but hard to carry and ultralight mountaineering tents that sacrifice livability. We set out to design a compact dome that’s “just right”: comfortable for two, roomy for one, but not oversized.
Camping-first design
We kept mountaineering-grade specs where beneficial but prioritized campground comfort. By limiting the interior to the minimum space needed for two sleepers, we balanced livability with carryability. To prevent cramped conditions, the tent has two doors (front and rear) so two people can enter and exit without hassle. For solo use, one door can serve as the main entrance while the other functions as gear access.
Generous vestibule
Compared with typical trekking tents, the Night Rover offers a larger vestibule for cooking gear, storage, or sheltering equipment from rain—making common campsite tasks easier.
The ideal “just right” tent
Lightweight like a trekking tent but livable like a camp tent: roomy enough for two to sleep comfortably, spacious for solo use, and still compact to pack and carry.
About the name
“Night Rover” evokes freedom to move camp and sleep anywhere—designed for carefree, travel-style outdoor living.

地べたスタイルが捗ります。荷物も置けるのであったほうがナイトローバーの利便性が上がります。
しかしぴったりに張ってしまうと雨天時にフライシートから微妙にはみ出したグランドシートに雨水が滴ってくるので注意が必要です。
グランドシートはバックル固定で簡単だが、かたちが変形なので慣れるまで戸惑います。
テントから飛び出している部分は
便利に使用出来て良いのですが、
テント前で焚き火をすると、飛び火で穴が空くので飛び出しているシート部分に難燃シート等でカバーは必須です。
収納袋はもう少し大きいと収納しやすいと感じました。
個性的なテント形状に合わせたグランドシートで、インナーテントとテント本体との隙間もグランドシートがあり、小物をテント内に仕舞えるところが👍
テントとバックルで繋がってるので、撤収時にひっくり返して拭いたり乾かすことも可能ですね。
あと純正オプションにしては格安、ナイトローバーをお待ちなら買わない理由はないです😊

リビングシートも純正で良かったです。
オグニスドームのカンガルー用としてナイトローパーを購入し、一緒にグラウンドシートも購入しました。軽すぎて防災がやや不安ですが、これはまた試してみようと思います。
便利なのはナイトローパーに固定できること。グラウンドシートずれてしまうというあるあるから解放されました。
固定したまま全部収納できるのも楽で助かります！
はじめグランドシートはあるかどうか迷いましたが、やっぱり純正のものはジャストサイズであると便利。
一度取り付けると設営の時も楽々です。
バイクで積載できるテントの中では設営時の広さは最高レベルです。Montbellのムーンライトもよく使いますけど、前室の広さやキャノピーを跳ね上げてタープ的な使い方が出来る点もナイトローバーの良い点です。
グランドシートがバックルで本体にジョイント出来るのも使いやすくて良いですね。
突然の夕立にも雨漏りなど無かったのと、風への耐性もしっかりとしていました。
ただ、入口を跳ね上げていたところ、雨水が滝のように跳ね上げた根元から室内に流れ込んできたのは想定外でした。
内側は縫い目にシームテープが貼ってありますが、一箇所剥がれていたのか使用1日にして剥がれてきたのか・・・この点を踏まえて星4つの評価です。
きちんとテント前にスペースが出来てとても使い勝手が良かったです。
